PLAYLOCAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

1. Purpose

Playlocal is a technological platform (web and mobile application) that allows restaurants, bars, and other establishments to display their own audiovisual content on television screens located within their premises, managed directly from mobile devices.

Access to and use of the platform grants the status of user, which implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. usuario, lo que implica la aceptación plena y sin reservas de los presentes Términos y Condiciones.

2. Users

Only individuals or legal entities acting on behalf of a commercial establishment (restaurants, bars, or similar venues) may register as users.

The user declares that all information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, and complete, and undertakes to keep it up to date.

3. Use of the platform

The user agrees to use Playlocal diligently, in accordance with the law, good faith, public order, and these Terms and Conditions.

The platform is intended exclusively for the dissemination of the establishment’s own content for informational or promotional purposes within the premises.

4. Published content

The user is the sole party responsible for the content (images, videos, texts, or other materials) published or displayed through the platform.

It is strictly prohibited to publish or disseminate content that:

  • Is illegal,violent, discriminatory, offensive, or contrary to public order.

  • Contains sexual, pornographic, explicit, or inappropriate material..

  • Infringes intellectual or industrial property rights, image rights, or any other third-party rights.

  • Includes misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive messages.

  • Damages the image or reputation of Playlocal or third parties.

Playlocal does not pre-moderate content but reserves the right to remove, block, or delete any content that violates these conditions.

5. Prohibition of monetization and third-party advertising

It is strictly prohibited to:

  • Use the platform for the direct or indirect monetization of content.

  • Insert, display, or disseminate third-party advertising,external promotions, or sponsored content without the express authorization of Playlocal.

Use of Playlocal is limited to the registered establishment’s own content.

6. User liability

The user guarantees that they hold all necessary rights to the content they publish and agrees to indemnify and hold Playlocal harmless from any claims, penalties, or liabilities arising from improper use of the platform or breach of these Terms and Conditions.

7. Playlocal’s rights

Playlocal reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate user accounts.

  • Limit or block access to the platform.

  • Remove content without prior notice.

This applies in cases of non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions or misuse of the platform.

8. Intellectual property

The Playlocal platform, including its design, software, logos, trademarks, and proprietary content, is the exclusive property of Playlocal or its licensors. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.

9. Amendments

Playlocal reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published and shall enter into force upon publication.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any disputes, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals as legally applicable.
