PLAYLOCAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE<\/span><\/strong><\/h1>\n

1. Purpose<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

Playlocal is a technological platform (web and mobile application) that allows restaurants, bars, and other establishments to display their own audiovisual content on television screens located within their premises, managed directly from mobile devices.<\/p>\n

The user agrees to use Playlocal diligently, in accordance with the law, good faith, public order, and these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n

The platform is intended exclusively<\/strong> for the dissemination of the establishment\u2019s own content for informational or promotional purposes within the premises.<\/p>\n

4. Published content<\/strong><\/p>\n

The user is the sole party responsible<\/strong> for the content (images, videos, texts, or other materials) published or displayed through the platform.<\/p>\n

It is strictly prohibited to publish or disseminate content that:<\/p>\n

    Is illegal<\/strong>,violent, discriminatory, offensive, or contrary to public order.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Contains sexual, pornographic, explicit, or inappropriate material.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Infringes intellectual or industrial property rights, image rights, or any other third-party rights.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Includes misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive messages.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Damages the image or reputation of Playlocal or third parties.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Playlocal does not pre-moderate content but reserves the right to remove, block, or delete<\/strong> any content that violates these conditions.<\/p>\n

    5. Prohibition of monetization and third-party advertising<\/strong><\/p>\n

    It is strictly prohibited to:<\/p>\n

      The user guarantees that they hold all necessary rights to the content they publish and agrees to indemnify and hold Playlocal harmless from any claims, penalties, or liabilities arising from improper use of the platform or breach of these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n

      7. Playlocal\u2019s rights<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

      Playlocal reserves the right to:<\/p>\n
